1. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting any project details or files to zHeight for design and permit services, You agree to these Terms. If You do not agree, do not submit any materials.

2. Required Information

For accurate project assessment and pricing, You may need to submit:

• Personal contact information (name, email, phone)
• Project address and property details
• Project type and scope details
• Budget and timeline information
• Architectural plans, sketches, or reference materials (if available)
• Photos or additional documentation as needed

You represent that the information You provide is accurate, complete, and legally yours to submit.

3. Use of Submitted Content

You grant zHeight a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use Submitted Content for:

• Preparing initial project assessment and cost estimates
• Creating design and permit documentation
• Communicating with You or your project team
• Internal quality assurance and project management
• Submitting permit applications to relevant authorities (if contracted)

We do not sell or share your information outside the purposes listed above.

4. Accuracy & User Responsibilities

To ensure accurate quotes and successful project outcomes:

• You must provide complete and correct project information.
• Any missing, unclear, or incorrect details may delay your quote or project delivery.
• Changes to the project scope after submission may require revised pricing and additional fees.
• You must notify zHeight promptly of any changes that affect the project scope, design, or requirements.

zHeight relies on the accuracy of your submission; we do not verify field conditions unless expressly contracted.

5. No Guarantee of Permit Approval

Design and permit services are based solely on the information You provide and applicable building codes.

zHeight does not guarantee:

• Permit approval by your city or county
• Compliance if actual construction differs from submitted plans
• Approval if your jurisdiction requires additional corrections or documentation
• Specific project costs, as actual construction costs may vary

Final approval is always at the discretion of the local building department and relevant authorities.

6. Confidentiality & Data Privacy

zHeight will maintain the confidentiality of all Submitted Content and use it only for the purposes of project assessment, design, permit preparation, and project communication.

We may share your information only with:

• Building departments or permitting authorities, as required
• Our vetted internal team or consultants working on your project
• Licensed professionals (engineers, architects) as needed for project completion

We do not share or sell your information for marketing or unrelated purposes.

7. Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround times will be provided in your project quote and may vary based on:

• Project complexity and scope
• Completeness of submitted information
• Current project workload
• Required revisions or additional documentation

Rush delivery, if offered, may incur additional fees.

8. Revisions & Changes

Your project scope may include a specified number of standard revisions for minor corrections as detailed in your project agreement.

Standard revisions may include:

• Building department plan check comments
• Minor design adjustments within the original scope
• Correction of errors based on the same scope submitted originally

Major scope changes, additions, or redesigns will require additional fees and updated timelines.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, zHeight is not liable for:

• Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate submissions
• Rejection by permitting authorities due to incorrect information provided by You
• Construction deviations from approved permit documents
• Cost overruns or construction issues not related to design errors
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages

Your sole remedy for any dissatisfaction is discontinuation of services and termination of the project agreement as specified in your contract.

10. Professional Services Scope

The design and permit services provided by zHeight:

• Include architectural design and permit documentation as specified in your project agreement
• May require coordination with licensed engineers or other professionals
• Are subject to review and approval by local building authorities

You remain responsible for ensuring all aspects of construction comply with approved plans and local regulations.

11. Accuracy of Information

You confirm that all information you provide is true, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge.

12. Permission to Contact You

You consent to be contacted by zHeight Inc. via email, phone, or other contact methods you provide, for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and any related follow-up.

13. Marketing Communications

By submitting this form, you also consent to receive marketing and promotional communications from zHeight Inc., including updates about services, offers, and relevant content. You may unsubscribe from these communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us directly.

14. No Confidential Relationship
